Data we collect
We collect your name, email address, inquiry type, message, form language, submission time, and an internal request identifier. We also temporarily use a cryptographically hashed technical identifier derived from the network address to limit abuse and duplicate submissions. Please do not submit sensitive or unnecessary information.
Collection, purposes, and legal basis
Contact-form information is collected directly from you, while limited technical data is collected automatically when you submit. We process it on the basis of the consent acknowledged at submission to respond to your inquiry, take requested steps before a business relationship where applicable, protect the form from abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for direct marketing without separate consent.
Disclosure, providers, and international transfers
We use Resend to deliver contact-form email and Hostinger to host the website and business mailbox. These providers and their authorized subprocessors may process message content and metadata to provide the service. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia, including in Ireland, the United States, or other approved provider locations, and will take place only where a lawful transfer basis and the safeguards required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law are in place. We may disclose data to competent authorities where legally required. We do not sell it or disclose it for marketing.
Retention and destruction
Resend retains transactional email data for 30 days. We retain ordinary inquiry correspondence in the business mailbox for 12 months after the last correspondence and then securely destroy it, unless it becomes part of a customer, project, or contract record or a longer period is legally required. Hashed abuse-prevention identifiers are used briefly, generally for about 10 minutes. Runtime logs contain only request ID, event, language, and duration and follow the shortest operational period supported by the hosting provider. Backups expire through provider deletion cycles.
Data security
We use HTTPS, access controls, separation of service credentials from source code, input validation, rate limiting, and minimized runtime logs that exclude form content. Although reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Cookies and external services
The website does not use advertising cookies or visitor-tracking analytics. Session storage remembers whether the introductory screen has been shown during the current browser session only and does not identify you.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about processing, access your data, obtain a readable copy, correct, complete, or update it, request destruction when it is no longer needed, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, and complain to the competent authority, subject to applicable legal limits and exceptions.
Exercising rights and complaints
To exercise a right or submit a privacy question or objection, email info@akamco.sa. We may request appropriate information to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days after receiving a complete request and may extend that period by up to 30 additional days where permitted, with advance notice and reasons. If you are dissatisfied, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority through the National Data Governance Platform at dgp.sdaia.gov.sa.
Children and updates
The website and its professional services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The latest update date appears above, and the published version applies when made available on the website.
